Running a waterfall in the park grounds of the Antwerp zoo. The problem was the clogging of standard pumps by twigs and leaves. Then the Tsurumi submersible sewage pumps, 80C21.5 with a built-in cutting mechanism, was installed by Marine Motors & Pumps (nv). Solid material such as twigs and leaves were chopped up and pumped along with the water. This ensures problem-free operation.
