Tsurumi’s Kyoto Plant production facility boasts industry-leading scale and equipment, including extensive testing and research facilities. Its integrated system encompasses all product stages from development to production and is capable of manufacturing small, large, and special-purpose pumps. Yonago Plant in Tottori Prefecture specializes in development and production of large pumps for pumping stations and liquid ring vacuum pumps. Tsurumi also operates cutting-edge plants in Taiwan and China that are capable of mass-producing products with short lead times. All plants work together to form a highly efficient production system. Precision measurements are taken in the laboratory and at key points along our manufacturing lines to enable unified, precise, and qualitative management of product quality and performance. Collected data is used in product development as well as quality control.

Kyoto PlantWith total floor space of 26,766 square meters situated on a lot of 42,380 square meters, Tsurumi’s Kyoto Plant has an annual production capacity of 1 million units and can manufacture compact, super-large, and special-purpose pumps. Small-lot, multiple-model production ensures flexible operation, and all processes are centrally managed by computer. A super-large testing tank and experimental tower enable the plant to conduct operational tests for pumps with discharge diameters of up to 3,000 mm. |

Yonago PlantWith total floor space of 12,481 square meters situated on a lot of 29,426 square meters, Tsurumi’s Yonago Plant manufactures primarily large pumps for pumping stations and liquid ring vacuum pumps. The facility also houses a large testing tank. |
